By downloading or using Phrazlo, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Phrazlo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Phrazlo is an AI-powered writing assistant that helps users rewrite, summarise, expand, fix grammar, and change the tone of text. The free tier provides 10 AI-powered rewrites per day per device.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Phrazlo only for lawful purposes. You must not use the app to:

• Generate harmful, abusive, threatening, or illegal content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent usage limits
• Use automated systems to make requests beyond normal usage
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers

4. Free Tier and Usage Limits

The free version of Phrazlo provides 10 rewrites per day per device. Usage limits reset daily at midnight. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. New users receive a bonus of 20 rewrites per day for the first 3 days.

5. Intellectual Property

The Phrazlo app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by SNTech and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any text you submit to Phrazlo for processing. By using the app, you grant SNTech a temporary, limited licence to process your text solely for the purpose of providing the rewriting service. We do not store or use your text for any other purpose.

7. AI Generated Content

Phrazlo uses AI to generate rewritten text. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before using it. AI-generated content should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Phrazlo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Phrazlo, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
