How many free rewrites do I get?
You get 10 free rewrites every day. New users get a bonus of 20 rewrites per day for the first 3 days. Your limit resets at midnight every day.
Why does my daily limit reset but I still can't rewrite?
Make sure your internet connection is active. The app requires an internet connection to process rewrites. If the problem persists, try closing and reopening the app.
Is my text stored anywhere?
No. Text you submit for rewriting is processed in real time and never stored on our servers. Your history is saved locally on your device only.
Can I use Phrazlo offline?
No. Phrazlo requires an internet connection to process rewrites as the AI runs on our servers.
How do I clear my history?
Open the History screen and tap the delete icon in the top right corner to clear all history. You can also delete individual items by tapping the delete icon on each card.
The app is showing an error — what should I do?
First check your internet connection. If the problem persists, close the app fully and reopen it. If you continue to experience issues please contact us with a description of the error.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
